- Seven days and six nights of single-occupancy accommodation at ECO Lifestyle & Lodge in Bathsheba, Barbados

Not Included in Your Retreat Package
- Round-trip airfare to and from Barbados
- Travel and medical insurance (strongly recommended)
- Ground transportation outside scheduled retreat activities and transfers
- Alcoholic beverages not included with meals
- Snacks, drinks, or meals taken outside the retreat itinerary
- Optional excursions, spa, or massage services not included in the program
- Souvenirs, personal shopping, or incidentals
- Additional room charges
- Gratuities for restaurant staff (15% of meal plan)
- Gratuities for housekeeping and maintenance staff (recommended at $8–10 USD per night)
- Expenses arising from travel delays, weather, or circumstances beyond our control
Cancellation Policy
- A $1,000 retainer is required at time of registration.
- Retainers are 100% non-refundable.
- Final payment is due by January 25, 2027 and is 100% non-refundable from final payment date to departure date.
- Payments are non-transferrable.
We reserve the right to cancel the trip if it is not meeting the trip minimum (if we do so, your payment is refunded in full). If we determine that this retreat is not the right fit for you, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation. In this case, all payments will be fully refunded.
Trip cancellation insurance is always recommended whenever making travel plans.
