The Write Rhythm – Group Coaching Program

Purpose of Coaching

The Write Rhythm is a coaching experience designed to support participants in building a sustainable writing practice rooted in presence, curiosity, and trust. This is not editing, therapy, or manuscript critique.

Structure of the Program

The program includes:

  • small-group coaching sessions
  • individual coaching sessions
  • optional between-session support tools and reflections

Details and dates will be shared separately.

Participation & Commitment

Participants agree to:

  • show up consistently to scheduled sessions when possible
  • engage with the work in a way that feels honest and respectful
  • honor the shared nature of the group container

Confidentiality

What is shared in the group stays in the group. Participants agree not to share others’ personal stories or writing outside the container without explicit permission.

Scope of Support

Coaching focuses on process, orientation, and practice. Simone does not provide line edits, therapy, or crisis support. Participants remain responsible for their own wellbeing and decisions.

Payment & Refund Policy

Payment confirms your place in the cohort. Due to the small, relational nature of the program, payments are non-refundable once the cohort begins.

Respectful Participation

This is a space rooted in care, curiosity, and mutual respect. Discriminatory or harmful behaviour is not tolerated.

Agreement

By participating in The Write Rhythm you are agreeing to the Terms of Service. You acknowledge your understanding of and commitment to this container.
