Cancellation Policy

We aim to provide meaningful and well-supported experiences through our writing retreats, coaching services, and online programs. These offerings require advance planning, preparation, and offer limited spaces, our cancellation policy varies depending on the type of service purchased.

Writing Retreats

Retreat registrations are non-refundable once payment has been made.

If we cancel a retreat, participants will receive a full refund of payments made for the retreat.

Participants are responsible for their own travel arrangements unless specified and are encouraged to take measures to protect against unforeseen circumstances while travelling.

Coaching Services

Coaching sessions and coaching packages are non-refundable once the first scheduled coaching session has begun.

If a client cancels their coaching before the first session takes place, they may contact us to request a refund prior to the start of the scheduled session.

Specific details regarding coaching timelines, rescheduling, and session structure may be outlined in the coaching agreement provided at the time of purchase.

Online Programs (Including Rise & Write)

Registration fees for online programs, workshops, and writing lounge sessions are non-refundable.

Payment Processing

Payments may be processed through third-party providers including Stripe or Wave. Refunds, when applicable, will be issued through the original payment method.
