This policy explains the delivery of services purchased through our website.

Coaching Services

After purchasing coaching services, clients will receive instructions by email regarding scheduling and participation. Coaching sessions are delivered virtually via Google Meet unless otherwise specified.

Clients are responsible for scheduling their sessions within the specified time frame through the booking system using the link provided after purchase.

Online Programs and Writing Lounges

Access to online programs, workshops, or writing lounge sessions (including Rise & Write) is provided electronically.

Participants will receive access details, including meeting links and relevant program information, via email prior to the start of the program.

Writing Retreats

Writing retreats take place in person at the location and dates specified on the retreat registration page.

Participants will receive confirmation of their registration and additional retreat details via email following purchase.

Travel arrangements to and from the retreat location are the responsibility of the participant unless otherwise stated in the program page or in the confirmation details.

Communication

All service delivery communications are sent via email. Participants are responsible for providing a valid email address and ensuring they read and understand follow up communications related to their purchase.
