We aim to provide meaningful and well-supported experiences through our writing retreats, coaching services, and online programs. Because these offerings require advance planning, limited spaces, and significant preparation, our refund policies vary depending on the type of service purchased.

Writing Retreats

Retreat registrations are non-refundable once payment has been made.

If we cancel a retreat for any reason, participants will receive a full refund of payments made for the retreat.

Participants are responsible for their own travel arrangements and are encouraged to purchase travel insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances.

Coaching Services

Coaching sessions and coaching packages are non-refundable once the first scheduled coaching session has begun.

If a client chooses to cancel their coaching before the first session takes place, they may contact us to request cancellation prior to the start of the scheduled session.

Specific details regarding coaching timelines, rescheduling, and session structure may be outlined in the coaching agreement provided at the time of purchase.

Online Programs (Including Rise & Write)

Registrations for online programs, workshops, and writing lounge sessions are non-refundable, as access to the program and materials is provided immediately upon registration.

Payment Processing

Payments may be processed through third-party providers including Stripe or Wave. Refunds, when applicable, will be issued through the original payment method.
